This plot of land for sale measures 12041 square metres and is located near (about 2.5km north of) Zygi, in the Larnaca district of Cyprus.
Zygi is in between Larnaca and Limassol, and is famous for its marina and fresh fish and good quality fish taverns, many of which also have children’s facilities and attract diners from all over the island. The picturesque marina is popular for a stroll after a meal, whilst visitors can also take a traditional fishing trip where the fishermen tell tales of the sea as they demonstrate the old fishing methods.

Every year on September 17, a festival is held in honour of Agios (Saint) Eracledios, whose quaint church is located on the edge of the community. The church is believed to have originally been built around 1800 by immigrants from Asia Minor who settled in the area, as confirmed by graves found in the nearby cemetery.
Tochni is one of the oldest places in Cyprus. Visit the village Church of St. Constantine and Helena, said to have been founded by St Helena on return from the Holy Land having brought with her a piece of the True Cross. Visit the Ecclesiastical Museum, follow the cycling routes of the area some are passing along the coast. Participate in the celebration of the Saints Constantine and Helen on May 21 which attract many locals and foreigners.
Secret Paradise beach is only 20 minutes’ drive away and the cities of Larnaca and Limassol can provide plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and activities.
The Vikla Golf and Country Club is only 40 minutes’ drive away.
